Wittmann leads wet Macau practice
Marco Wittmann led the way during a wet opening practice session for the Macau Grand Prix, which had to be red-flagged twice because of incidents. With the track soaked, drivers adopted a cautious approach in early running - but that did not stop Hironobu Yasuda running wide at the Melco hairpin twice.

Ezpeleta: MotoGP must change now
Dorna CEO Carmelo Ezpeleta believes MotoGP cannot continue in its current state, saying that change is needed right now and that an era is over. Drivers slam ‘inconsistent’ penalties
Bruno Senna and Pastor Maldonado have hit out at the blue flag penalties they received in the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and claimed the officials lacked consistency.
Team amazed by Button’s drive
McLaren team principal Martin Whitmarsh has praised the job that Jenson Button did in the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix - as he battled race-long KERS problems to deliver a podium finish. Although the Woking-based outfit's focus was on seeing Lewis Hamilton deliver a dominant victory, Whitmarsh said the team was just as delighted in seeing Button overcome his own difficulties to finish third.

Pedrosa quickest again as test ends
Dani Pedrosa and world champion Casey Stoner were first and second as Honda wrapped up its dominant MotoGP season with another commanding performance on the final Valencia test day. Riding the new 1000cc bike, Pedrosa set a best time of 1m31.807s in the morning to edge team-mate Stoner by 0.161 seconds.
