Jaafar and Idafar penalised

Jazeman Jaafar and Menasheh Idafar have both been handed grid penalties ahead of this morning's second British Formula 3 race at Paul Ricard. Both drivers were involved in a multi-car fight for eighth place during yesterday's opening race, with Carlin racer Jaafar eventually taking the spot, while T-Sport's Idafar retired with a broken exhaust. Officials have decided both drivers contravened acceptable driving standards during the race.
