Kanaan given grid penalty

Tony Kanaan has been demoted six places on the grid for Sunday's Sao Paulo IndyCar race after making an illegal front wing change during qualifying. The KV Racing driver had initially qualified 15th for his home race, but was stripped of all his times set after the wing change as it contravened IndyCar rules. The penalty dropped him to 21st on the grid.
